Didn't Love It?
We offer returns for a refund or store credit within 15 days from the date of delivery. Final sale items (jewelry, bodysuits, and sale items) are not eligible for return. The refund or store credit will be for the item(s) purchased and will not include the amount paid for shipping. Store credit never expires.
To be eligible for a return, all merchandise must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in its original condition/packaging. Please include the return authorization with eligible items in your return package.
To start a return, you can contact us at dema@demacollective.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the returned items as long as they are in original condition. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return shipping is FREE if you choose a store credit as your return payment method. If you would like a refund for the items, return shipping is $8.

Damages and issues:
We stand behind our merchandise and want you to be happy with your demacollective.com purchase. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 72 hours if you've received a damaged or defective product so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions /Â FINAL SALE Items:
All accessories, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, hats and handbags are FINAL SALE. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the merchandise that did not work out, and make a separate purchase for the new item.Â
STORE CREDIT
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the store credit was approved or not. If the item(s) arrive in unacceptable condition, you will be responsible for paying to ship the item(s) back to you. If approved, you’ll be emailed an E-Gift Card within 3-5 business days of the delivery of your return.Â
